Summer Time

I haven finally finished up school and my internship for the summer!! It has been a crazy hard summer, but God has been good and taken care of our little family. Here are a few pics... not much.. too busy for pictures!

Cal 23 Months

Week to ourselves :)

Jared and I have enjoyed this week to ourselves, but at times it is hard being away from our little man. We have been studying and hanging out in all our spare time. Last night we made homemade flat bread pizza and opened a great bottle of wine. Jared picks up Cal tomorrow about 11 in Waco. Can't wait to give him a big hug!!!

Crazy Kid

We dropped him off at Grammie & PopPop's house today in Austin. He will be staying with them all week. It is good timing with finals for me but it is hard already! I'm sure he will have so much fun he won't even think about us :)

Granny Ward

My sweet Granny Ward past away on July 4th at the age of 94. She lived a long good life. These pictures are from March of 09, when Cal and Granny met for the first time.




We headed to Houston for the funeral. Here are a few pics from this weekend.... On the way there we had to stop at a half price books. Cal found a bench that he thought was a bus, pretty cute. Aunt Barbara and Uncle Paul have a pool and a park around the corner so the kids had fun playing all weekend.

4th of July

My parents came in town for the fourth to hang out and play with Cal! We enjoyed some great steaks, rain, and Calvin fun :)

In the afternoon we head to hang out with the Smith clan in Arlington. Carter & Patrick celebrated their birthday's (Carter-3, Patrick-1). Cal wasn't much of a social bug. He loved this car and protected it very carefully :)

End of June

We have been a little busy this summer with school and work BUT I found a few pics from this last week to share :)
