Relieved

"Relieved" is the word that best describes my afternoon and evening. This has been one of the longest and hardest weeks the past two years. On Tuesday I had my comprehensive written exams.... 4 essay questions, 2 hours, pass or fail.... it was the worst!!! Let me just say that I had anxiety issues within the first 45 minutes which threw me off for the rest of the test. I hated it!!!!!! Somehow I finished and praying I passed. This morning I took my Praxis exam for Speech-Language Pathology. You have to get a 65% to pass, and you have to pass to get your state and national license... kind of a big deal. I studied for 3 to 4 months and it was easier than I thought! Tonight we went to my favorite Mexican restaurant to celebrate. I am so thankful God gave me the strength and energy to get through this semester!! I do have my last final exam on Tuesday but the worst is over with.


I took off all day Friday to study.
Instead of studying last night Cal and I played with sidewalk chalk.... fun Mommy and Cal time! Cal tried to trace me after I traced him.

Daddy rigged Cal's new bike with his awesome Handy Manny tools.

I have one more semester to go and I will be DONE with school. I walk May 14th and will be having a small family graduation celebration. This morning Cal and I had some time to kill so we went to the party store. He helped me decorate.... notice the crooked sign. Am I crazy or just excited? Probably a little bit of both :)
