Grass!

My parents tossed some grass seeds in our backyard on Easter weekend and now we have a yard to play in!! I am now on a hunt for a water/sand table.... summer is just around the corner!

Spring Is Here!

The weather has been so beautiful! I use to not understand why people would put tons of time and effort into their gardens. BUT my mom planted some flowers and weadded some more... it makes such a difference! Our place is very "blah" on the outside, but beautiful bright flowers make it so much better!

20 months old

Cal is 20 months old today! He loves playing outside, so we ran to the park to play. We haven't been in a long time and it is so much more fun now! He has better perception of where he is going and doesn't fall down as much. He is such a joy!

This is Cal last Spring... about 9 months old I think.

Weekend Fun

This weekend was a blast... here are a few highlights....

This was Cal's first encounter with play-do... he had fun and he only tried to eat it a few times :)

Daddy smoked out ribs for us... yum!! This was the first time we've ever given Cal a whole rib to munch on. What a mess, but he loved it!

Fort Worth Museum: Science & History

Friday Mom had to work and Dad got to study all day while Grammie & Poppop took Cal to a children's museum. Cal had so much fun... especially in the store/house area.. go figure :)
